I have enjoyed serving Normal Park Museum Magnet for the past four years as the school psychologist. My career as a school psychologist has led me to serve in many schools, including Normal Park Elementary for a time in the 80’s and the 90’s. It has been such a positive experience to return to Normal Park and see the excitement and engagement of the students and the involvement of the families and community.

I received my Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville with majors in psychology and human services and a minor in education. My Master of Science in School Psychology was earned at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. I am also a Nationally Certified School Psychologist. Upon completing my degree, I worked for three years in Georgia for NWGA Cooperative Educational Service Agency. I returned to Tennessee and worked for the City of Chattanooga School System and then the Hamilton County School System at the Preschool Assessment Learning Center and in a variety of school settings. NPMM truly provides a unique and wonderful educational experience, and I am excited to be able to work with such a dedicated group of professionals.
