I have been in the teaching profession for the past twelve years, I began teaching in Fulton County where I taught for eight years and achieved my National Board Certification in 2003. I moved to Chattanooga and taught at LaFayette (Georgia) High School for two years. I have had the honor and pleasure of teaching at NPMM for the past two years and am constantly amazed by the caliber of my students.

Throughout my career, I have participated in many professional development opportunities. I have recently completed training to help provide mentoring for National Board Certification candidates and I look forward to helping other teachers achieve such certification. At NPMM, further learning and education is highly valued for teachers, staff and all students. Expectations are constantly being raised in an effort to help everyone reach their potential, which makes NPMM the best of my teaching experiences.
