Normal Park Museum Magnet

After spending my entire childhood growing up in the beautiful Smokey Mountains, I moved to Chattanooga to attend UTC. I graduated in 2008 with a BA degree in early elementary education. This is my second year as a classroom teacher, but my fourth year being a part of the Normal Park family in some way. Having parents that teach, I have had the privilege of spending extensive time in various classrooms growing up.

I realized at an early age that there was something very beautiful in the act of teaching and wanted to be a part of it. I am grateful everyday that I teach at such an amazing school and live in such a wonderful community.

Outside of school I coach the UTC men's ultimate team. Former employers include Rock/Creek, Dollywood, and even Ogle's Water Park.
